LOW CONTACT ARRIVALS PROCEDURE

Dear clients,

Your health and safety and that of our staff are of the utmost importance to us. During the Covid-19 situation we are taking extra precautions to prevent infection and spread of the virus.

Please see our new minimal contact pickup and drop-off process.

• Strictly appointment only.
• Please call the hospital when you arrive
• One of our team will collect your pet form the door or from our outside waiting area.
• Keep your phone line free so the staff and vets can call you during the consultation if required.
• We will require card payment (no cash).
• On of your team will return your pet to you outside when the examination has been done.
• Please call in advance for food and medicine and we will bring it outside to your car when you arrive.
