Lucy is originally from New Zealand but grew up in Sydney. After finishing high school, she moved back to New Zealand to study veterinary science, graduating from Massey University in 2024.

Lucy began her veterinary career in a semi-rural mixed animal practice in New Zealand, where she spent almost two years working as a small animal veterinarian and encountered all kinds of weird and wonderful cases. She has now returned home to Sydney and recently joined our team in a full-time role.

Lucy is passionate about general practice because she enjoys the variety it offers and the opportunity to work across all areas of veterinary medicine on a daily basis. She has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry, but equally enjoys consulting with clients, building relationships and working together to solve problems.

Outside of work, Lucy is an avid gym-goer and trains three to four times a week, with a focus on bodybuilding and muscle hypertrophy. She is also kept busy by her three cats and one dog, who all made the journey from New Zealand to Sydney with her.
